Quest bikes are built in Atlantic Canada by Josh Thibodeau and experienced VelofixNB owner.  As a Master Mechanic (Shimano Certified, Techno Cycle Level 2, SRAM Technical University, 3 Park Tools Tech Summits, and Bosch eBike Systems Certified), Josh has all the tools and skills needed to build the perfect ride.

If after receiving your bike you require warranty related work or post-sale service, Quest works directly with Velofix as our mobile bike repair shop to get the problem fixed and you back in the saddle.
